​Wood Symphony Gallery is pleased to present Max Brosi’s solo exhibition “Inspiration and Experimentation”. The pieces in the exhibition represent Max Brosi's investigation into form and technique. This includes multi axis turning, carving, deep texture, and a constant commitment to an honest aesthetic achieved through scorching and sandblasting the surfaces of his pieces to reveal the inner workings of the material. This experimentation has led Brosi to develop his own unique techniques and ways of working. In recent years Max Brosi has applied his surface treatment techniques to the vessel form. In these pieces he strives for simple forms that define the volume of the vessel.
